Working at top speed

Lan speaks passionately about her work: “Every day, I focus on the performance of the various companies. This involves not only processes within our accounting department. I also contribute to digitalization projects where data exchange between parties in the supply chain is central. Within Euro Nordic, we collaborate with various software vendors and supply chain partners. Essentially from factory to warehouse. The goal is, among other things, to make data exchange more efficient.”

Lan is never done learning and is also given the opportunity to develop further. When asked what the learning environment looks like within Euro Nordic, she answers clearly: “Discuss your wishes, and there are countless opportunities. As a Young Professional, I have the opportunity to take courses and training programs. So you can really see that Euro Nordic wants to invest in its employees. I appreciate this enormously. After all, we work in a field that operates 24/7.”

Finally, Lan adds: “When we achieve business success, we celebrate it together with our colleagues. In 2019, Euro Nordic turned 20, and we made it a fun day with the whole team! And birthdays are always celebrated quite well ;)!”
