As a Logistics Coordinator, you are a central link in all logistics-related activities. You process and administer transport orders, and handle complaints and any potential damages.

To sum it up, what will you do as a Logistics Coordinator?

Provide daily support to the team of freight forwarders
Process and administer transport orders
Maintain contact with carriers and distribution centers
Prepare customs documentation (both import and export)
Handle complaints and any potential damages

What do you bring to this position?

You have completed at least an MBO level 4 education in logistics or a comparable qualification and have a minimum of five years of work experience in a similar role. You quickly take ownership of new tasks and know how to apply them effectively. You work accurately and independently, can switch quickly between tasks, and are above all stress-resistant. In addition, you have a positive and motivated attitude, are proactive, and do not have a nine-to-five mentality. You have an excellent command of Dutch and a good level of English, and if you also speak German, that is considered a strong advantage. Experience with Softpak is a plus, as is a certificate or diploma as an assistant customs declarant.
